01How do I choose hold and finish?
Look at the “Hold” dots: 1–2 is a soft, flexible style, 3 holds confidently all day, 4–5 is for thick, unruly hair. Finish: matte means no shine and more texture, natural shine gives a sleek groomed look, semi-matte sits in between. Not sure? Try the Style finder.
02What’s the difference between wax, paste, pomade and cream?
Water-based wax is pliable and adds shine. Paste and clay are denser, matte and hold texture. Pomade is for sleek classic styles with shine. Cream gives the lightest hold and suits fine hair.
03How do I apply a styling product?
Use on dry or slightly damp hair. Take a pea-sized amount, rub it between your palms (warm dense clays until soft), work it from roots to ends and shape with fingers or a comb. It’s easier to add more than to remove the excess.
04How do I wash it out?
Water-based products rinse out with warm water. Wash out pastes, clays and strong-hold gels with shampoo — lather twice after a heavy style.
05How should I store it?
At room temperature with the lid tightly closed, away from sunlight and radiators. Don’t leave aerosols in a hot car. The expiry date is on the pack.
06Can I return or exchange a product?
Unopened products in intact packaging can be exchanged or returned within 10 days of purchase. Opened cosmetics are accepted only with a manufacturing defect — we’ll replace them.
